MONDAY
I got the extension on the Unemployment Insurance so I posted this week's claim. Now I'm set for another 20 weeks if necessary. I certainly hope I can get on somewhere before another five months run out. I'm getting way too spoiled with all the free time.
I did get a call from Hochman today; he's got four tapes to be transcribed (I'll pick them up tomorrow) and maybe there'll more later. That's about 16 hours work; just enough to bump the Unemployment Insurance for the week but then extends it at the end of the cycle. And I do feel better to be accomplishing something and usually enjoy the material I'm working with. This time its about an Antarctica expedition; I think it's one of Hochman's NOVA projects.
This evening I watched Terminator II (again) while I stripped more cotton samples.
