Whereupon...

Got up this morning planning on spending the day with Leofwyna on her day of loafing. Immediately got busy washing the huge pile of dishes in order to have them out of the way. [Left the stack of cookie sheets and plastic storage containers for later.] Whereupon she left for groceries and assorted other errands being gone approximately three hours. I did four loads of laundry.
Leofwyna grilled steaks for supper with mushrooms, fresh corn and ice cream on leftover plum tartin for supper. We did manage to have a quiet evening together with computer and TV.
