Finally yardwork...

 MONDAY

Decided last night while awaiting sleep NOT to get the window fixed right away.  The car can be parked in the garage for awhile and I'll try to track Tony down and see if he'll put it up and secure it for $20-30.  That'd save me quite a bit over Auto Service.  Otherwise I'll wait until I find a job, then get it fixed.  

So did Unemployment paperwork and three loads of laundry before going out and "shearing" four of the weed-filled vegetable beds.  When Leofwyna got home from work she came out for awhile too and then we went to Golden Corral for supper.  Tonight I traced out the winged bull on gold 'silk' and started embroidering it for the barony banner.  I'm thinking there's no way it'll be done in time for Cattle Raids, not even partially.  Looking at Thedric's sketch there's way too much detail to work up quickly and I want to do a proper job of it.  That means I must call Sash tomorrow and break the news to him so it doesn't take him unaware later on.
