Taco Bell for lunch then went to Salvation Army and the two Goodwills in the north part of town. Found a nice white shell. Back at home sent out a few more resumes but forgot to take check to Natalya. Leofwyna moved a section of daylilies into the neighbor's flower bed while I put together supper of Beef Stroganoff with noodles and brocolli . She surprised me with Nutter Butter wafer cookies. They're hard to find as most stores get the newer Nutter Butter sandwich cookies which aren't any good at all.
FRIDAY
While Leofwyna was at work today I frankly loafed. Natalya came by to pick up the check for the revel at Lincoln Womens Club next January. Tonight was Trick or Treat for the food bank so I went to help with that. Had a nice evening and got to visit with Toli, Sabina, Odierne, Mikhail, Vasilla, Niels and a couple of the Scarlet Keep girls. It was such a small group because so many of the Halloween regulars were headed to St Louis for Crown Tournament. It was one of the most beautiful Halloween evenings I've ever seen... no coats necessary this year.
SATURDAY
Talked Leofwyna into checking out some Rummage Sales in the early part of the afternoon. There was supposed to be a loom at one and some quilting supplies at a couple others. We saw the loom being loaded so I got to see it was bigger than I would have wanted to deal with. Didn't buy anything but lunch. Then back home for a couple hours yardwork where she dibbled in the Tarda tulips and I turned over one veggie bed and rogued crabgrass out of another. Leofwyna had picked up a couple movies we'd missed at the theaters so we watched both of them this evening, Jumper and The Golden Compass.
