Leofwyna got put on-call again today. Late in the afternoon when we were sure she wouldn't be called we went to pick up the trolley we were borrowing from a friend for moving stuff this weekend and grab supper at Tico's downtown We got back in time to take a little present across the street to Raylan who's adoption was complete today. His new parents (who are also his birth mother's parents) had a cake and ice cream party to celebrate the occasion. It was already full dark when we got back to load up the boxes of 'product' for sale this weekend but it ALL fit into the van to our surprise. Sure seemed like more stacked in our living room.
FRIDAY
We spent the afternoon today hitting a few garage sales in the south part of town. Leofwyna bought a couple glass tree toppers but I didn't find anything tempting. Basically we were enjoying the fine weather and a little free time before a busy weekend. When clouds started moving in we headed back home to get the van to take on out to the community center to set up our area, unload the van and organize what we'd priced for an indoor group rummage sale and flea market. What we had thought was SO MUCH stuff almost all fit on our tables. Sure hope we make enough to pay the fee and get a little profit for our time.
