We had only one set of three trick or treaters ring the doorbell today. Fortunately Leofwyna had gotten a bag of Hershey bars thinking the little neighbor kids might be brought over. She saw Sydney on her way out to work so they didn't ring the bell and I think Rylan's had a party at home as there were a dozen cars there that night. So it was a quiet night for me.
Late in the evening I whipped through the kitchen and got it cleaned up... big pile of dishes done and recycling carried out to the car.
SUNDAY
I got out into the pretty sunshine and raked today while Leofwyna was sleeping in. I also made a run to the hardware store looking for another compost cage for all these leaves. It's the wrong time of year and they'are sold out so I got a small roll of wire fencing instead.
