Cut more of the salvaged batiste blends preparing to do up some 'cuddle' quilts for the neonatal care unit at the hospital. They're used there over the incubators to darken and muffle the environment for the babies and then given to the family when the baby checks out of the hospital. Leofwyna has said she'll help me with finishing the pieced tops.
While Leofwyna was getting ready to go to work today she pointed out that Walgrens had Pepsi on sale and then made out a list of other things she wanted from their sale circular so I found myself out in the damp chill on an errand run to Walgrens.
I removed myself from Facebook today. I don't really use it and I don't like what I'm hearing about the site. I'll miss the occasional window into some local friends' day to day activities but not enough to chance other more unpleasant intrusions. I've got enough with Calonlist, Magmor list, Bloglines and LiveJournal to go on with.
