WEDNESDAY
Spent a good deal of time today completing the first tape and sent that off to Hochman late tonight. I also received a call from his secretary, a friend of mine, that there's three more tapes to pick up. Woot! Seven 40-minute tapes equals roughly $400 in the bank, although it takes nearly six weeks AFTER the work is done and invoiced to receive it.
Moot tonight was sparely attended as eleven of our folk were headed out to Estrella. There was discussion about three upcoming demos and about largess to be completed in time for Cattle Raids. Now I've got to think about what I can contribute that can be completed by mid-August in addition to the banner already begun and a long ways from being done. There was also a start to Gyda's Great Paper Distribution and I took a full box of the 24"x34" 24# linen finish paper (1000 sheets). I'm thinking bookmaking and patterns for starters. Afterwards Natalya, Gyda and I stopped at Noodles for a bite and a bit of further discussion.
THURSDAY
Today Leofwyna and I headed up to Omaha again for an appointment with the lawyer; the process continues. Once that was out of the way we hit half a dozen thrift stores and the Thai restaurant before heading back to Lincoln. Leofwyna is at a household gathering tonight and I SHOULD be transcribing again. So I'm back to it now.
