When we first bought this house we bought our first mower too. A few years ago when that mower failed Leofwyna got me a self-propelled mower and I found it good! I got out early this afternoon and mowed half the yard and after resting awhile I went back out late this afternoon and mowed the rest. I think when it's time to replace this mower it will be time to get a riding mower.
The ground was still somewhat wet and normally I would have waited another day for it to dry more but a) it's been ten days already and the grass was getting long, and b) it's supposed to rain again tomorrow and I don't trust it to wait until evening to do so.
Tonight I put together the first batiste 'cuddle' quilt; there's enough stuff for about half a dozen of 'em.
