MONDAY

Today I dipped my oar in at Facebook but I'm not seeing the draw.  It's slower and harder to maneuver in.  I'll probably stop in a couple times a week as there's a lotta-lot of my local friends in over there but it remains to be seen if I'll stay in it over the long run.

Otherwise this has been a very quiet day checking job search sites and dealing with all that.

I don't really see the attraction either. I look at my page a couple of times a day (just like LJ) but I rarely write anything. I *have* gotten addicted to a games app, though...sigh.

I'm having pretty good luck with FB. Two high school friends found me there (and they really were friends, not just people I knew); I can keep in touch with my nieces and Seattle kids there--much easier than email. And then, there's all the Calontiri on there that don't care for the Calonlist anymore....

So far, so good!
