Today Leofwyna and I went to Omaha to take the checks to cover Little Sister's bills to be inventoried at the attorney's office before mailing them. Leofwyna has spent considerable time this last week preparing for today only to learn we can't send said checks until after April 13th... when we have to take them back to Omaha to be inventoried at the attorney's office. This means the dates on checks and letters will be wrong so probably Leofwyna will redo them all. Good grief! Why the HELL did he tell her to do this now if it was too soon for it?
The stop at DMV went better where we got $88 back on Little Sister's License. Thereupon we were free for the afternoon to visit thrift stores (with modest success) and have supper at Thai Pepper.
